What Is Occupational Therapy?

Occupational therapy (OT) builds kids’ confidence by helping them become more successful and independent with the activities of everyday life. OT supports everything from physical skill development to emotional regulation and social connection. We:

  • Get to the root of your child’s challenges, identifying whether it’s due to visual or fine motor deficits, sensory processing differences, or executive functioning needs.

  • Create a fun, supportive environment where kids feel seen and safe to be themselves.

  • Break goals into small, achievable parts that lead to great and lasting progress.
